Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Kingsport crews are already moving. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Kingsport address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Too many Kingsport, TN families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Kingsport operation differently. Every technician on our Kingsport roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Damage Repair in Kingsport isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Kingsport, TN licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Kingsport, TN warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Kingsport property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Kingsport call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Kingsport jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Kingsport line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Kingsport crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Kingsport property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Kingsport homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Kingsport businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Kingsport job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
On top of standard drying, our Kingsport crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
Every Kingsport estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
